Vintage 20 mohair teddy bear jointed, stitched nose, golden, 1940s older

This is a vintage teddy bear. It is 20 inches long. I'm not sure of the age. I would guess 1940s, but could be much older. The fur is mohair and is still soft.

Much of it has fallen out. I'm not sure of the stuffing material. It is squishy and slightly baggy feeling. It is partially visible in the last picture. I think the eyes are a type of plastic.

The left eye is missing a chunk, and the right eye has a hairline crack. The neck, arms, and legs are jointed. It is structurally sound and not in a fragile state.
