This is a rare Steiff blonde mohair jointed teddy bear. He measures just over 13 inches and is a limited edition Polo Ralph Lauren bear, The Wellington Bear. This guy is super clean and bright with a working growler.
He shows no signs of being displayed and dates to the mid-1990's. I do not have the hat.
