Steiff Huge Grizzly Ted Teddy Bear Mohair LE 383/1500 BNWT MINT 25 Growler

"Ted" is a huge and beautiful special 2007 limited edition of our wondrous North American grizzly bear. He is made of the finest curly mohair, with a light tip, which gives his coat a light shimmer. He is one of the most handsome bears I've seen in the modern era.

His nose and mouth are hand stitched, and the clipped muzzle adds to his bearish verisimilitude. He stands at a whopping 60cm or 25 tall. He's a hefty boy, and his growler packs a punch.

This was the first in a series of bears that were designed to be representative of bear species as found in the natural environment. I do believe they hit it out of the park on this one! He has a white flag with his EAN and limited edition number on it. The mohair is technically a crimped caramel pile.

He includes his chest tag, button and flag, and all certificates are included in the original envelope. Please look at the photos carefully, as they constitute a part of the description.
