Rare Antique Steiff Teddy Bear Golden Mohair Hair Straw Filled Middle Seam Metal Joints! 14 inches from the top of the ear to the base of the foot. Arms measure 5.5 inches from shoulder to tip of hand.

Legs measure 6 inches from top of hip to foot. Head measures 3 inches from the crown of the head to base of neck. The head width is almost 4 inches across.

The Eyes were once brown base with round black middle. The nose is black stitched along with the mouth. Paws and feet have 4 sewn claws. Joints are metal, ears neck arms and legs. Overall this piece is in incredible shape, minimal loss for the fur it could use a professional cleaning. Stitching is solid, no holes or tears have been observed. The neck is a little looser then I believe it was meant to be, eyes have some paint loss.

As this item is well over 100 years old it is in remarkable shape! Really nice early example, I believe the year was 1908 or around there.
