Probably vintage 22 mohair five-joint teddy bear Nurse Bear by Susan Rice
Most likely vintage as that is when mother in law was most interested in collecting bears (1980s and 1990s) but undated so I can't be sure. Head arms and legs all jointed. Marked on the tag by the artist as 22" bear - I measured more like 20" but maybe I didn't have the legs down all the way straight. Note: the cap is secured on the head with just two straight pins - take care when unwrapping so as not to hurt yourself.
