Superb Large Antique Merrythought Mohair Jointed Teddy Bear 26 W/ Button & Label 1930s. This wonderful bear is fully jointed and has amber and black glass eyes, brown stitched nose and smiling mouth, webbed claw stitching to hands, three stitched claws to both feet, and felt pads. He has golden mohair fur which is slightly more golden than the images portray. Merrythought label to foot and Merrythought button to ear.

One ear appears to have been partially restitched on, the squeaker is inoperative, and there are a couple of minor holes to two pads. Some thinning to mohair in places but generally a good coverage. His fur is a little discoloured and slightly grubby in places - would benefit from a clean. Joints in good working order. No unpleasant odours and from a smoke free home.
