Great Looking Early Mohair Teddy Bear Large 16 Quality Bear

LOVELY EARLY GERMAN MOHAIR BEAR 16. Offering a handsome early German mohair Teddy Bear who measures 16 tall. He is in very good condition and has a lot of his beige mohair remaining with minor thinning mostly around chest area. He is fully stuffed with excelsior and jointed five ways with all joints working well. His stuffing is firm overall and a bit of settling has occurred in the upper arms and ankles.

Teddy is all original and that includes all of his facial features, pads and claws. His pads have partial repairs on the left paw and foot as shown in the photos. This sweet bear has an adorable face, nice side profile and his posture is lovely the way he sits. He will come with his winter scarf and red quilt heart pillow. This teddy's maker is unknown, but he is clearly a high quality bear and has Bing and Steiff-like proportions.
