Early 1900s Antique Steiff Bear Teddy Mohair Elongated Arms Shoe Button Eyes

Offering an early 1900s antique straw stuffed bear. I believe him to possibly be a steiff. He had elongated arms, hump on back, lots of his mohair had been kissed away, pronounced snout, no button, shoe button eyes, replaced pads on feet.

He a very sweet Early bear offered out of my personal collection. Cutest outfit and Roosevelt pin as well. He measures 14" long by 7" wide across arms. Please use pictures as they serve as part of the description.
