Carrousel Michaud Jointed Teddy Bear 16 Artist Signed Limited Edition

CARROUSEL MICHAUD JOINTED TEDDY BEAR 16 - ARTIST SIGNED LIMITED EDITION. Unable to find info on this specific bear, but it has a "limited edition" pin on ribbon with it. I believe it is original to the bear, but can't confirm for sure. The tag has some, what looks like, moth holes in it, and has some yellowing. The bear doesn't smell like it comes from smokers home, but I can not say for sure. All the joints are nice and tight, but move smoothly. The hat is attached to the head. The signatures on the foot are legible and bold. No other markings or tags found.
