Steiff Frosted Caramel Teddy Bear. This bear is a really attractive, all original, antique German Steiff mohair Teddy Bear with button in ear, in immaculate condition, dating back to the 1950s. Measuring 14 tall standing, 10 in a seated position and is in excellent condition throughout. Exceptionally clean and comes from a smoke free home. Teddy has the original Steiff silver raised button in ear and 100% guaranteed to be a Steiff bear. Teddy is made from a really nice top quality grade of mohair which is very thick and curly, looks as good now as when Teddy was new. Very attractive an unusual colour indeed and something different. This bear is fully jointed, all joints are in good working order, there are no loose ones so sits perfectly, there are no rips, tears to mohair fabric which has an excellent coverage, a very small amount of wear around muzzle.
Teddy has lovely brown glass eyes which are original and has original embroidered nose which is brown giving a really endearing expression. Teddy is 100% straw filled and all seams are sound. Paw and foot pads are all original and in perfect condition. Every order is checked prior to dispatch and carefully packed in secure packaging.
