Antique Teddy Bear Swivel Joints 14 Mohair Chiltern 1930s wartime

This beautiful teddy is a Chiltern teddy bear, Made in England UK! He was most likely made in the 30's or 40's. Flat face Teddies took less material to. Heavily worn with areas of repair. There is some mechanism inside the chest but does not seem to work.

The left arm does not swivel very much. One eye is different than the other. See photos for details and feel free to ask any questions.
