Antique German 14 Celluloid Face Mohair Stuffed Body Teddy Bear Snow Baby Doll. Precious little mohair clad doll from the very early 20th Century. These sweet faced dolls are difficult to find.
Pretty celluloid face with a straw stuffed body, jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. Her facial features and hair are molded and lightly painted.
Her body and hood are covered in mohair. She has felt mittens and boots. Adorable little Snow Baby type! Nicely painted facial features with some missing lip paint. Mohair on her body is soiled and thinning. She has some bare spots and one torn area with exposed straw on her leg. One mitten has a repair and both have two small moth holes.
