Tan mohair Steiff Teddy Bear from the 1950's. He is nine inches tall measured from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet with him in a standing position. He has his original raised script silver Steiff button as well as a faded yellow Steiff tag attached behind the button. No words can be read any more on the tag due to the fading.

He has glass eyes and is jointed at the arms, legs and neck. The ribbon is original but lost a small piece so that it isn't quite long enough to tie into a bow any more. His felt pads are all original and have no holes.

The pads have only a tiny bit of light soiling. His mohair is in wonderful condition. I can feel a noisemaker in his tummy but it does not make any sound when pressed.

He has no unpleasant odors and he does not come from a home where there is any smoking. Our reference number for this item is #5567. Is an estimate and the actual cost may differ.
