22 Mohair Artist Teddy Bear'Bleu' by Kathleen Wallace of Stier Bears OOAK
Happy New Year and Welcome once again to The Bear Shoppe! Bleu' from Stier Bears by Kathleen Wallace.
This Blue, (Bleu in French), reminds me of the old Steiff Blue from the 1930s. Kathleen really does this slightly sparse Blue Mohair justice. She even goes one step further by gently shading it in places. Standing at 22(55cm), this is a nice size to hold.
His paw pads are a darker brown colored wool felt, and each paw has 4 claws. His entire body is firmly stuffed with Kapok. The cute face has a nice center seam head and trimmed snout. The nose does have the black embroidered traditional shape and has been waxed.
The eyes are black German glass. A wonderful growler, with a strong voice. He comes with the Stier Bear white satin tush tag and Stier Bear Hangtag.
